I'm the one writing these letters. The twice-over step-father, biological dad, guy-who-struggles-with-making-friends person you read about on the About page.
When I'm not writing letters or figuring out how to be a decent human, I run Product Manager Hub, where I help people navigate the world of product management. Turns out, helping people through transitions is kind of my thing.
This goes straight to me. Not a customer service team, not a chatbot, not some intern in a basement somewhere. Actual Tony. I read every email and respond to them personally.

"Is this legit or some weird scam?"
It's legit. I'm a real person writing real letters. You can Google me, check out my LinkedIn, whatever makes you feel comfortable.
"What if I order and then have buyer's remorse?"
Email me. We can't offer refunds once letters start shipping (because, you know, they're already printed and on their way), but I'm reasonable. Let's talk.
"Can I customize the letters for a specific situation?"
The letters are written to cover the most common experiences, but I do take feedback. If there's something specific you think should be addressed in future series, let me know.
"Are you actually qualified to give advice?"
I'm not giving advice. I'm sharing experience. Big difference. I'm not a therapist, counselor, or expert in anything except my own struggles. These letters are just one guy talking to another about what he's learned along the way.
"Do you read all the emails yourself?"
Yep. Every single one. Sometimes my wife helps me think through responses, but the writing is all me.
